JR Adams: Kingwood, Texas (TX), United States; I am an aspiring author who has spent much of my life writing solely for the entertainment of the self. I have created countless projects that range from screenplays and short stories to open role-play scenarios.
My debut novel, Arcus Azureus, started off much in this manner. The role-play scenario shortly grew into a huge monster, that developed an interesting internal plot. I felt that perhaps, if I could manage to finish it, that it would be an interesting read, a great short story.
It became evident after several months that the project was quickly escalating beyond even the short story capacity and for the project to survive, I had to make a tough decision. It was out of that literary Darwinism, the birth of my very first novel burped itself onto the shore and shook hands with my natural entrepreneurial spirit guide.
